Need a different size? We’ll arrange the pickup of your current product and ship the replacement within 1–2 days after the exchange is initiated, subject to availability. There’s no exchange fee.
Return — ₹99
If you’d prefer to return the product, we’ll arrange the pickup for you. A ₹99 return handling fee will simply be deducted from your final refund.
To keep things fair and hygienic, returned products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and free from pet hair, stains, smell or wash marks.
For damaged or incorrect products, please share an unboxing video or clear images with our team.
