Shipping Charges
- Shipping across all items is free for Prepaid orders.
Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders will be processed and shipped in 1-2 Days, Monday through Friday, excluding Indian public/bank holidays.
- Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days after shipping.
- Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to provide timely deliveries.
- Orders once shipped cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel before it get shipped, then you can reach out to us at support@furrocio.in or WhatsApp
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner's name will be sent to you via email.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking information.
Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will attempt three delivery attempts.
- If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us, and your order will stand canceled.
- Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including zip code and mobile number, to help us deliver your order faster.
