Shipping Charges

  • Shipping across all items is free for Prepaid orders.
  • In case of Partial COD – the deposit amount (₹99) will not be refunded in case of non-delivery.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders will be processed and shipped in 1-2 Days, Monday through Friday, excluding Indian public/bank holidays.
  • Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days after shipping.
  • Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to provide timely deliveries.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel before it get shipped, then you can reach out to us at support@furrocio.in or WhatsApp

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner's name will be sent to you via email.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking information.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt three delivery attempts.
  • If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us, and your order will stand canceled.
  • Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including zip code and mobile number, to help us deliver your order faster.

We offer a free 7-day return/exchange window from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags. Just WhatsApp or email us with the order number to initiate
