Return & Refund policy

At Furrocio, we strive to deliver the best quality products. We offer a 7-day return policy, but due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept used products. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

Return Policy

• Return is completely FREE. We want your fur baby to look at their best.
• Product must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
• Pack the product in its original packaging and ensure it's undamaged and all the tags are intact.
• All returns are subject to inspection by our team to avoid any fraudulent requests.

How to Initiate a Return

• WhatsApp us with order number and reason to return to initiate your return request within 7-days of product delivered.
• We will get back to you within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Indian public/bank holidays.

Refund Policy

• Once your parcel is delivered to our warehouse, your refund amount will be issued to your original mode of payment. Any Cash On Delivery or shipping charges won't be refunded.
