Β Shipping Charges

  • Shipping across all items is free.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur an additional charge of β‚Ή99.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders will be processed and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Indian public/bank holidays.
  • Once placed, orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday are considered business days, excluding public holidays.
  • Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to provide timely deliveries.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner's name will be sent to you via email.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking information.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt three delivery attempts.
  • If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us, and your order will stand canceled.
  • Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including zip code and mobile number, to help us deliver your order faster.
