Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Products showing signs of use such as pet hair, stains, smell, or wash marks are not eligible due to hygiene reasons.
A ₹99 return handling fee is deducted from refunds, while exchanges are free and subject to availability. An unboxing video/image is required for damage or incorrect product claims.
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery; pickup is arranged separately.
